    So we are planning on releasing some technical related tutorials for the end users and would appreciate your inputs on the set of tools that should help us with the same. Thanks

    You can use use slides to present the information, where each slide displays the technical aspects of the cause behind the technical issue.

      Another good idea I see working well, is by going through your competitors sites and see if they are utilizing any tools, this way you get to know what is working and the right set of tools to make it work.

        What you can do is create structured based training wherein, the users can only proceed, if they have completed the previous part. This way you know that they are getting the most of it.

          I would say interactive learning would be you best bet, there are tools like Camtasia available for free, which should help you create some good screen share type videos.

            Why not use webinar recording tools and then record those webinars and upload them on your channels? This way you don't keep any load on your site, so they can watch them whenever they want.
